Denovo is an innovative startup established as a limited liability company (S.r.l.) that, at the time of its incorporation, also acquired the status of a benefit corporation.

With reference to Article 25, paragraph 11 of Law 221/12, the information requiring public disclosure is listed below.

The company was incorporated on 23 June 2025 at the office of Notary Gabriele Burlarelli, located at Viale Cesare Battisti no. 4 – 06034 Foligno (PG).

Its registered office is located at Via Federico Fratini 6 – 05100 Terni.

The company’s corporate purpose includes mechatronics, the use and development of artificial intelligence algorithms, and technologies based on blockchain.

The activities the company will initially focus on include the development of application software based on artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning, computer vision, automated learning, speech synthesis and recognition, executable on commercial hardware or custom-built solutions, as well as the design and development of hardware understood in the broadest sense of the mechatronic field.
